First appointment went very well and Macy is excited about her braces! Everyone was very friendly and put her at ease. They explained all details during the appointment and about future care. Impressed by the office and staff!

It was an excellent experience getting my braces on. Also, my mom was pleased bc Dr. Cox was a 2nd opinion and saved my mom $1660 from the other quote she received from another orthodontist! Everyone has been so pleasant and welcoming.

I've never had braces before but have been in other orthodontic offices before and this is by far the most interactive office I've seen. Everyone nice and does their job well
Very good service so far. Very professional and clean offices too. I wish the offices didn't jump around to different locations that much but it's okay. They didn't fully set one of my brackets when I first got my braces but they fixed it quickly without a problem the next day.

I enjoy Dr. Cox and Dr. Washington's office because, the staff makes me feel like I am their friend. They are honest about the pain levels during each adjustment. Being a patient there also has its privileges, like a great reward system, fun competitions, and free snacks and coffee.
