First appointment went very well and Macy is excited about her braces! Everyone was very friendly and put her at ease. They explained all details during the appointment and about future care. Impressed by the office and staff!

It was an excellent experience getting my braces on. Also, my mom was pleased bc Dr. Cox was a 2nd opinion and saved my mom $1660 from the other quote she received from another orthodontist! Everyone has been so pleasant and welcoming.

Micheal W. Cox is the best orthodontic office I've ever been to. The ladies there make you feel just like family.The prizes they have are spectacular for their patients.
Today was my first visit it was awesome!! I am 8 years old and is excited to get braces. My mom let me pick what day and I picked my birthday. I also liked that they have so many colors to choose from. I can't wait!!
When I first found out that I was getting braces so soon on the 15th of November I was worried and scared, but Dr. Cox made everything warm and exciting now I can't wait to get braces
Morgan has had her braces now for almost a year and has been doing great thanks to the staff at Palmetto Orthodontics. Any time we have had any questions or concerns the ladies in the office have been extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cox and his staff to anyone that is anticipating getting braces in the future.
