Dr. Cox and his staff have made me feel like I am family. I was nervous when I first went to see them. Dr. Cox is awesome. I loved Katrina too.

I felt welcomed as soon as I got to the front desk! Nice staff and great qualities. Many things to do to keep occupied when waiting for appointment. It was my first time going there, it was great! I strongly recommend Dr.Cox's office.

We are very happy with the work Dr. Cox has done on our daughters. i highly recommend this orthodontic practice for a number of reasons. The friendly staff and excellent service, a child-friendly office with movies and a game room, parents are welcome to sit beside their child during treatment, discounts and free first consultation, quick call-backs and visits if there are dental emergencies, free self-service coffee and tea, tee-shirts, and excellent dentistry/orthodontic work. There are a number of offices so that you can get to the one that is most convenient. Late hours so that your child doesn't have to miss school to be seen. I would suggest a downtown Charleston practice in the future.
